Fully adjustable by design, these soft(er) tipped four way clamps are super-easy to customize in terms of tension. Position one the four screws around a nipple, then twist the beaded tips to close 'em up tight. 

The 4-Point Press Nipple Grips come to you in nickel free iron, zinc alloy and TPR,  and they're extra easy to clean with warm soapy water or a good toy care fluid/foam.
